1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaaSMarket ("the Platform"), operated at www.saasforsale.so, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use our services. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or bans

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — the buying, selling, and investment in SaaS businesses. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or business information
• Misrepresent the revenue, metrics, or ownership of any business listed
• Use the Platform to engage in any illegal activity
• Attempt to circumvent or bypass any security features of the Platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

5. No Spam or Unsolicited Contact

SaaSMarket is a marketplace platform, not a lead generation or outreach tool. You must not use any information obtained through the Platform — including contact details, messaging features, or seller/buyer profiles — to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages, cold emails, or spam of any kind
• Solicit users for services, products, or opportunities unrelated to a specific listing
• Add other users to mailing lists or marketing campaigns without their explicit consent
• Engage in any form of cold outreach or direct solicitation outside the context of a genuine listing enquiry
• Share or resell user contact information to third parties

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

6. Listing Standards

All listings submitted to SaaSMarket must:

• Accurately represent the business being offered for sale or investment
• Be submitted only by the rightful owner or authorised representative of the business
• Not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not advertise businesses involved in illegal activities, prohibited content, or activities that violate our policies
• Include only genuine financial metrics — fabricating or inflating revenue, MRR, or customer data is a serious breach of these Terms

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion without prior notice if it violates these standards or our policies.

7. Transactions and Fees

SaaSMarket is a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between buyers, sellers, and investors. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Any deal negotiated, agreed, or completed between users is solely the responsibility of those parties.

• We do not guarantee the completion of any sale or investment
• We are not responsible for disputes arising between buyers and sellers
• Fees for promoted listings and other paid features are non-refundable once the service has been activated, except where required by law
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the SaaSMarket platform — including the website design, logos, code, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to SaaSMarket and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting a listing or other content to the Platform, you grant SaaSMarket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any listing information submitted by users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaaSMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction facilitated through it. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SaaSMarket in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Submitting fraudulent or misleading listings
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages to other users
• Repeated violations of our acceptable use policy
• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Platform

You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
